From Pasts to Futures

The discovery of the aircraft in 1903 opened the horizons for the discovery of a wonderful flying ship, the Wright Brothers.  Then, in 1926, for the first time, a plane flew from America and landed in Europe, crossing a huge ocean like the Atlantic.

The triumph of the people began. However, I often think of one thing, as much as World War II was not only detrimental to the world, it was much more necessary than this war.  This is the war that has taken this world so far.

I do not believe that the people of the world could have reached such an advanced civilization without World War II.  World War II was a competition.  The competition of true human-civilization;  Yes, the purpose of the competition was dishonest - I agree;  But the result has gone to civilization.  People became truly civilized right after World War II.

And, no matter how angry you may be, there is no denying that America led the race for post-World War II civilization.  It can be said that an unhealthy competition eventually led to a healthy competition.

 Let's come to the explanation.  War is always sick thinking, sick action.  And World War II is one of the most horrible conflicts in the world.  56 million people died directly in this war;  And another 19 to 26 million people died later in the war, indirectly.  In other words, about 70 million people died in this war.

 Now let's turn 180 degrees and think. Where is the world after the death of 60 million people?  World War II could not have happened or would not have happened if the aircraft had not been discovered in 1903.  Warplanes were used extensively during World War II.  And the best scientists in the world have worked day and night to develop aircraft.  Thousands of warplanes, the number is correct, the United States alone has built a total of 2 million 6 thousand warplanes centered on this war.  In addition, 12,000 heavy bombers have been used in this war.

 Can you imagine how much talent has been used to build this 3 lakh sophisticated aircraft?  Just warplanes?  Hundreds more scientists have worked to make the atomic bomb.

 Just think, the invention of this state-of-the-art technology, nuclear research, complementary research in medical science for war wounded has all been centered around World War II.

 So, if we think about the competitive side, we have to admit that with the possibility of World War II, people were able to move towards technology at a great rocket speed.

 World War II is over.  Then?

 But that competition did not stop.

 The space race was created between America and Russia. Although Russia did well in the beginning, the last good was in America, they took the lead in this case - they won.

Then?  Man reached the land of the moon;  Is that just so?  Farther away, Saturn's satellite Titan was also able to successfully land the spacecraft Hegens, built by American scientists.  Voyager-1 and Voyager-2 have conquered the solar system and are still running in the intoxication of discovering the unknown of the universe;  They have already crossed more than 25 billion paths!

 Then?  The next target is Mars.  We will reach the red soil of Mars within the next maximum 10 years, i.e. by 2030.  If I think indirectly, then all these are the benefits of the Second World War

But I did not sit down today to write anything about World War II. I sat down to write about the Corona virus. In fact, we haven't seen World War II, World War II is like a story to us.  Of course those who live in Europe, America or Japan- don’t think the story;  They see the scars of the Second World War scattered all over these countries.

This is the first world war after the Second World War and we the people of the world have the opportunity to witness it today or we are witnessing it every now and then.  More than 189 million people have already been directly affected, and more than 4 million have already died.

Opponents fighting in World War II were divided into two countries.  And today in this 'war' one side is the whole world and our only opponent is an invisible virus whose official name is Covid-19.

Before World War II, fighters had extensive preparations.  There was training.  According to scientists research,  America alone built about 300,000 warplanes.  Atomic bombs were also made.

But today? We started the war empty handed.  We do not look the opponent in the eye.  His presence is everywhere in this world.  We had no weapons, no research, we were not ready.

But, today is going to be about one and half years.  World War II began in 1939 and ended in 1945;  This means that this war has been going on for almost 8 years.  And the corona virus has been fighting against us for only one and half years.

The US-Russian Cold War, known as World War II and the post-war Cold War, ended with the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991;  Through the emergence of America as the sole superpower.  Originally, after the Second World War, the allied Soviet Union emerged as America's adversary and America won the Cold War again.  That is why the Soviet Union had to pay a huge price.

Then?  For the past 30 years or so, America has led the world unopposed.  Everything seems to be empty except for the competitor, the competition also has a different beauty, though.  The people of the world have long been deprived of that beauty.  Long about 30 years.

The good news is that the beauty deprived believer got a rival this time.  World Versus Covid-19.  So far this war is in the hands of one side, that is Covid-19.  We are now fighting only defensively, that is, just trying to keep ourselves alive.  Defensive-War.

But it can't go on like this! Turning the war into an offensive war is the challenge for this world, and it must be done.  As long as we can't move in the offensive war, we will have to suffer minimum or maximum. 

 We can assume that this war is already going to take a turn towards the world's offensive war;  At least the top scientist from the White House.  Anthony Fauci had already made that announcement;  "We have to fight offensively against Covid-19," he said.

So we can assume that the real war has begun.  However, Dr. Anthony Fauci added another frightening statement: "Corona will never be destroyed.  Such germs are never destroyed. That normal life may never return to the world. '

 What Dr. Anthony Fauc said, at least for now, is the official statement of the United States.  So there is no alternative to taking his words very seriously.  That means the world will have to fight this corona war for at least another 2 or 3 years.

I have used my own reasoning behind saying 2 or 3 years.  Researchers are conducting research worldwide, but at least 10 to 12 countries have discovered a vaccine against the corona virus; Tests already made. The vaccines are hitting the market now. But only 7.5 billion people need to be vaccinated.  Even if it is done at maximum speed, it will take 2 to 3 years.  So the war will take times to end.  It is clear from my words that we mean the world is going to be the winner against Covid-19.

Every destruction gives birth to something new.  As World War II gave birth to competition in the way of civilization, competition in the way of knowledge science, competition in the way of technology.  In the same way, the world will not stop at the end of the destruction that Covid-19 is wreaking on this world.

From now on, we will be able to start pre-preparing against more unknown viruses or other unknown, unknown germs around the world.

 The wonderful advancement of technology would not have been possible without World War II;  It remains to be seen whether we will see internet technology today or whether mobile technology will be created.  The world has seen so much progress today because of the pace of World War II.

 Just like the way this ongoing attack of Covid-19 has shaken the world, I can certainly express some very good, very big hopes.  People will go to Mars.  Mars is a dead planet.  Could it be that people from there may have come back to this world with a new disease?  Then?

 Yes, this thought must be on the minds of NASA scientists as well. On top of that, today's terrible virus like Covid-19 is not alone;  There is no more dangerous virus that is being created in this group - where can I find it for sure?

 If the best researchers in the world continue their ongoing research on these viruses or other diseases for the next 4-5 years - I can say that ‘medical science’ will reach new heights in the next few years.  In the field of technology, science has risen to the heights, but the medical technology of the world has not improved as much - in fact, the world has not suffered any blow in the field of medicine so far.

The responsibilities of science have increased a lot;  If this offensive race continues - I can't resist the urge to see where medical science has reached.

And the economic shock of the Corona War! The people of the world will handle it.  Since the post-World War II situation has been handled, so will the Corona post-war economy.  It is true that the American economy has stopped, but no other economy in the world can lead.  China's economy is also suffering, with its export trade completely shut down for more than four months today.

In another case, there will be unimaginable improvement in this world.

 That is the 'work from home' system.  Most companies make it possible for their employees to do their work online from home - so the use of technology will be widespread.  It would be a good arrangement instead of an institutional office.  At the same time, many small businesses will also be present in the market with online based businesses.

 So the Corona War-North world will start anew.  Everything will become normal.  We will go out in groups to see the cherry blossoms again.  I will hug my friends.  I will stand on the street and buy ice cream and eat it.  I will increase the speed to 120 miles again by evading the police and the camera on the 60 mile speed limit road.  When the state troops come and stop the car, I will play the game of trying to defeat one another in a war of words with laughter and mischief.

 I will stand on the street and breathe again. This world is mine, I will go freely in my world, so I will do it again.

 I can't be a prisoner like this in my world.

 And finally, I want to see someone like me come from many parts of the world many years later and write an article that says, ‘Corona virus or Covid-19 was much more necessary for the people of the world than it was harmful.  Covid-19 The northern world is richer, more technological;  The world's medical field has reached unimaginable heights.

 Maybe on that day, people from other distant planets will come to this earth to receive advanced treatment.

 Our world must be ready for that day.
